乡村医生教育适宜培训方式与培训时间的探讨

从教学双方和供需两个方面,调查了57名县卫校校长、85名乡镇卫生院院长和125名乡村医生对乡村医生教育培训方式和培训时间的建议。结果表明,乡村医生培训应采用脱产培训方式,职前正规化教育学制应为3年,职后系统化培训时间宜采用2年学制。每隔3至5年脱产学习3个月作为我国乡村医生常规复训制度是可行的。解决乡村医生培训中的客观困难,有赖于政策性鼓励措施的实施和一定的行政干预。

The Study on the Suitable Training Way and Period of Rural Doctors'Education

To explore the suitable training way and period for the rural doctors' education, 57 presidents of county level health schools, 85 managers of rural township hospitals and 125 rural doctors were interviewed. The results shows that the way released from work to further studies should be adopted to rural doctors' eduction. Three years period for Pre-occupational standard education and two years period to the post-occuptional rural doctors systemical education should be used. As a regulate rules to the rural doctors' education in our country, it is feasible to release from medical practice 3 months to further studies every 3-5 years. To solve the practical difficulties in rual doctors' edcation,it is essential to take a series of political measures and increase some executive interventions.
