966例高危女性生殖道沙眼衣原体感染调查

目的了解高危女性人群宫颈沙眼衣原体感染情况和流行特征。方法采用连接酶链反应（LCR）和问卷对966例高危女性惠者和527例对照组进行生殖道沙眼衣原体检测及相关高危因素调查。结果966例忠者衣原体感染检出率为32．2％，对照组为8．5％，两者差异有极显著性，患者中年龄越小、教育程度越低者衣原体感染越严重。而使用安全套避孕者能显著降低衣原体感染。结论对高危女性人群应进行生殖道衣原体筛查并加强宣教，提倡使用安全套进行安全性行为，以减少生殖道衣原体感染风险。

Survey of infectious status of 966 high risk female students with Chlamydis trachomatis

Objective To investigate infections status of genital chlamydia trachomatis in females at high risk and analyze prevalent feature. Methods 966 cases of high risk female were examined by using the ligase chain reaction (LCR) and investigated by questionnaire. Results Infection rates of CT in the high risk group and the normal group were 32.2% and 8.5% respectively, showing significant difference, the positive rates for CT in the younger and lower education levels of females were higher, the positive rate in the females using condom and contraception was lower. Conclusion Investigation of possible genital CT infections should be a part of the routine work for the hige risk females.Advocating the use of condoms is an effective measure for reducing CT infection.
