| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨男性不育患者精液异常情况。方法:应用计算机辅助精子分析(CASA)系统对414例不育男性精液进行分析。质量测定指标包括:精液量、液化时间、精子密度、精子活率、精子活动率、精子形态等。结果:精液正常者116例,占28.02%;异常者298例,占71.98%。结论:精液异常是男性不育的重要原因。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the semen quality of infertile males. Methods:To analysis the semen quality of 414 cases infertile males with CASA, including the quantity and density of semen, livability, motility . Results: Results showed that 116 cases are normal, and the percent is 28.02%; 298 cases are abnormal, and the percent is 71.98%. Conclusion: The result indicated that the abnormal semen is the important factor resulting in male infertility. |
