老年患者行腹腔镜联合胆道镜胆总管探查取石术128例临床研究

目的：探讨老年患者行腹腔镜联合胆道镜胆总管探查取石术的效果。方法回顾性分析2007~2012年我院行腹腔镜胆总管切开取石治疗的老年患者128例，设立为观察组，另选择2007~2012年应用开腹取石术治疗的老年患者100例作为对照组。结果与开腹胆总管切开取石术比较，观察组患者的术中出血量少于对照组、术后肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组，观察组术后并发症例数明显少于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论腹腔镜联合胆道镜胆总管探查取石术恢复快、并发症少，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical study of laparoscopy combined with cholecochoscopy treatment of common bile duct exploration in 128 senile patients

Objective To study the effect of laparoscopy combined with cholecochoscopy in the treatment of common bile duct exploration in senile patients. Methods To retrospectively analyze the 128 senile patients treated with Laparoscopic choledocholithotomy as the observation group, while 100 senile patients treated with laparotomy on stone extraction as the control group, from 2007 to 2012. Results Compared with control group, the intraoperative blood loss in observation group was less, the time of postoperative passage of gas by anus, the leaving bed time and the hospital time were significantly shorter in observation group, there were less patients of postoperative complications in observation group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopy combined with cholecochoscopy in the treatment of common bile duct exploration has quicker postoperative recovery and less postoperative complications, is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
