采用负压原理穿刺小儿头皮静脉的应用效果

目的：探讨采用负压原理穿刺小儿头皮静脉的应用效果。方法收集2013年1月～2014年6月来我院就诊的患儿216例，将患儿按照穿刺方法分为负压穿刺组（采用负压穿刺方法）及传统穿刺组（采用传统穿刺方法），每组108例，比较两组一次穿刺成功率、回血情况及满意度。结果负压穿刺组一次穿刺成功率（93.52%vs 85.19%）、回血率（95.37%vs 87.04%）、满意度（97.22%vs 88.89%）与传统穿刺组比较均明显较高，两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论采用负压穿刺法进行小儿头皮静脉穿刺使穿刺成功率明显提高，使输液过程中不必要的环节为患儿带来的创伤有效降低，家属的满意度也有明显提高。

The principle of negative pressure applied scalp vein puncture results

Objective To investigate the use of the principle of negative pressure applied scalp vein puncture effect. Methods January 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital 216 cases of children,the children are divided into negative puncture puncture method according to group（negative pressure puncture method）and traditional biopsy group（traditional puncture method）108 patients in each group were compared a success rate,back to the blood condition and satisfaction. Results Set a negative puncture success rate（93.52% vs 85.19%）back to the blood rate（95.37% vs 87.04%）,satisfaction（97.22% vs 88.89%）and traditional group were significantly higher puncture,two group difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Negative puncture method scalp vein puncture success rate was significantly increased,So that unnecessary trauma during infusion links to reduce children brought home,family satisfaction also improved significantly.
