我院285例药品不良反应报告回顾性分析

目的：了解本院发生药品不良反应（ADR）特点及其规律，为临床科学、合理用药提供依据。方法汇总2010～2012年本院上报的285例ADR报告，分别从患者的年龄、性别、ADR类型及构成比、给药途径涉及药品种类和ADR累及器官或系统临床表现等内容进行统计、分析。结果285例ADR报告中，60岁以上患者居首位，占34.04%；女性患者较男性多，分别占59.30%和40.70%；引发ADR的途径以静脉滴注给药为主，占80.70%；由抗菌药引发的ADR最多，占74.04%；ADR累及器官或系统以皮肤及其附件损害最常见，占48.77%。结论医院应重视ADR的监测工作，尤其要重视合理使用抗菌药物，关注ADR的易发人群，以减少ADR的发生。

Retrospective analysis of 285 cases of adverse drug reaction reports in our hospital

Objective To investigate the characteristics and regular pattern of adverse drug reactions （ADR） occurred in our hospital, and to provide reference for rational drug use in the clinic. Methods 285 cases of ADR reports summarized during 2010-2012 in our hospital were analyzed statistically in terms of patients＆#39; gender, age, route of administration, drug variety, organs or systems involved in ADR and clinical manifestations, etc. Results Of total 285 cases, most were senile patients aged above 60 years old, accounting for 34.04%; female cases were more than male cases, accounting for 59.30% and40.70%; most of ADR were induced by intravenous dripping, accounting for 80.70%;most of ADR were induced by antibiotics drugs accounting for 74.04%; the most common clinical manifestations were the damage of skin and appendants, accounting for 48.77%. Conclusion Importance should be attached to ADR report and monitoring, especially rational use of antibiotics. Attention to people prone to occur adverse reactions should be emphasized to reduce the occurrence of ADR.
