针刺整脊治疗急性腰痛194例

目的探讨针刺整脊方法治疗急性腰痛的疗效。方法 291例急性腰痛患者按照2：1比例随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组194例采用先针刺扭伤穴、大陵穴,然后行手法整脊的方法治疗,对照组97例单纯采用整脊的方法,最多治疗2次后评定疗效。结果治疗组总有效率97.4%,对照组总有效率89.7%,治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论针刺加整脊治疗急性腰痛具有疗效确实、安全可靠、方法简单、费用低廉的优点,值得临床推广应用。

Observation on Effect of 194 Cases of Acute Osphyalgia Treated by Acupuncture and Chiropractic

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of acupuncture and chiropractic for acute osphyalgia. Methods 291 cases of patients with acute osphyalgia were randomly on ratio 2：1 divided into two groups： treatment group （194 cases） and control group （97 cases）. Treatment group were treated by acupuncture and chiropractic,while control group were taken chiropractic only. We evaluated the efficacy in 2 times. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 97.4% , control group was 89.7%. The therapeutic effects of treatment group was better than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The treatment of acupuncture and chiropractic for acute osphyalgia is reliable, safe, simple and low cost,which is worthy for clinical application.
