全胸腔镜与传统开胸肺癌根治术后护理对比

目的：探讨传统开胸式手术与全胸腔镜技术在肺癌治疗中的护理特点对比。方法选本院行传统式肺癌根治术为对照组（n=50）全胸腔镜肺癌根治术为观察组（n=50），对比两组患者在术中出血、术后胸腔引流量及放置时间、术后饮食、下床活动时间、住院时间、术后并发症发生率、术后疼痛评分等进行对比。结果观察组术后恢复快，术后下床活动时间、留置胸管时间、住院时间对比，明显少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论全胸腔镜下肺癌根治术安全、可靠、术后恢复快，减轻了术后护理难度，轻松实现护理目标，减轻了患者的痛苦。

The comparison of nursing between traditional thoracoscope and conventional thoracotomy in lung cancer with radically post-operative

Objective To investigate the nursing characteristics between the traditional open-chest surgery and the full-assisted thoracoscopic technique in the treatment of lung cancer. Methods Patients treated in our hospital with the traditional radical surgery for lung cancer were selected as the control group （n=50）,patients who received full thoracoscopic lung resection were selected as the observation group（n=50）,blood loss,postoperative chest drainage and placement time, postoperative diet,ambulation time,hospital stay,incidence of postoperative complications, such as postoperative pain scores between the two groups were compared. Results The patients in the observation group had rapid postoperative recovery,while the postoperative ambulation time,time of indwelling chest tube ,hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Full thoracoscopic lung cancer cure surgery is safe andreliable,have rapid postoperative recovery,can reduce postoperative care difficulty,easy care goals,alleviate the suffering of patients.
