两种灌肠剂对腹部术后排气排便的效果

目的：比较两种灌肠剂对腹部手术后患者排气排便的效果。方法将80例腹部手术后出现腹胀未排气排便患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组40例。观察组用甘油灌肠剂1只（110mL）挤入直肠，对照组用开塞露2只（40mL）挤入肛门。结果与对照组比较，观察组术后首次肛门排气或排便时间明显提前，拔除胃管时间较短，腹胀改善情况较好，腹胀的严重程度较轻（均P＜0.05）。结论甘油灌肠剂对促进腹部手术后肛门排气排便，减轻腹胀，促进患者胃肠道功能的恢复，减少肠梗阻等并发症效果优于开塞露。

Effects of Two Kinds of Enema on Flatus and Defecation after Abdominal Surgery

Objective To compare the effects of 2 kinds of enema on flatus and defecation after abdominal surgery. Methods Eighty abdominal distention patients without flatus and defecation after abdominal surgery were randomly divided into two groups, with 40 patients in each groups. The observation group and control group received rectal administration of glycerin enemas （110 mL） and anal administration of Kaiselu （40 mL）, respectively. Results Compared with control group, the time to first flatus or defecation and time to removal of gastric tube were shortened and abdominal distention was improved in observation group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Glycerin enemas issuperior to Kaiselu for promoting flatus and defecation, alleviating abdominal distention, accelerating the recovery of gastrointestinal function and reducing intestinal obstruction and other complications after abdominal surgery.
