某武警部队三甲医院护理人员心理健康状况调查

【目的】了解某武警部队三甲医院护士心理健康状况，为有针对性的实施心理健康干预打下基础。【方法】采用症状自评量表（sol-90）对某武警部队三甲医院的618名护士进行问卷调查，与全国护士常模及中国人常模比较。对调查组不同身份护士、不同科室护士心理健康水平进行比较。【结果】本研究与全国护士常模比较，躯体化因子（1．34±0．39）、抑郁因子（1．47±0．48）、焦虑因子（1．44±0．45）较好。与中国人常模比较，人际关系因子（1．55±0．50）较好。研究组内不同身份护士心理健康水平比较，助理护士最差，依次为合同制、非现役文职、最好是军人护士。不同科室护士心理健康水平比较，ICU护士最差，依次为外科、内科、最好是非临床护士。【结论】武警部队三甲医院护士心理健康水平不同于全国护士常模、全国正常人常模。不同身份、不同科室护理人员心理健康状况存在明显差异，应从管理角度有针对地给予政策支持，给予更多的相关心理健康教育。关键词：武警部队；护理人员；心理健康；症状自评量表（SCL-90）

Psychological investigations among nursers of a tertiary general hospital of the PAPF

[ Objective ] Psychological investigations were carried out among nurse of a tertiary general hospital of the CAPF for the aim of further interventions. [ Methods ] The symptom checklist-90-revised （SCL-90-R） was used for questionnaire survey among 618 nursers and epidemiological distribution were described among the personal characters and the work departments. [Results] The scores of somatization（1.34 ± 0.39）, depression（1.47 ± 0.48） and anxiety（1.44 ± 0.45） in this study were significantly lower than that of the national nurser norm. The scores of interpersonal sensitivity（1.55 ± 0.50） decreased obviously than that of the population norm. The condition of psychology, showed that an obvious increase trend among the assitant nursers, the contract nurses, the non- active civilian nurses and the civilian nurse. Also, an obvious increase trend of psychological level among the nursers worked in dpartments of the ICU, the surgery, the internal medicine and the non-chncal nursers. [Conclusions ] A different psychological level existed among the nursers worked in a tertiary general hospital of the CAPF when compared with the national nurser and the population norm. Personal identifications and work places may in part explain the psychological level which means according supports and more attentions should be paid.
