胺碘酮治疗老年慢性心力衰竭并发室性心律失常临床观察

目的探讨胺碘酮治疗老年慢性心力衰竭合并室性早搏的有效性和安全性。方法对50例慢性心力衰竭并发有症状的室性早搏患者，在常规抗心力衰竭治疗基础上，口服胺碘酮，应用24h动态心电图、超声心动图评价治疗室性早搏效果、心功能变化、心率、QT间期变化和不良反应。结果治疗10～12周后50例患者中，室性心律失常治疗有效率为92．0％；治疗前后左室射血分数（LVEF）较前明显提高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），未出现严重不良反府。结论胳碘酮治疗悒性心力衰竭合并宰性早搏是有效和安全的。

Clinical Observation of Amiodarone in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure Complicated by Ventricular Arrhythmia in the Elderly Patients

Objective To study the efficacy and safety of amiodarone in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure complicated with ventricular premature beat. Method Symptomatic premature ventricular contractions in 50 patients with chronic heart failure patients were treated based on conventional anti heart failure treatment, oral amiodarone, application of 24 h dynamic electrocardio- gram, ultrasound heartbeat graph evaluation, therapeutic room premature heart function, heart rate, QT interval changes and no adverse reaction. Result After 10 - 12 weeks treatment, in 50 patients, the effective rate of ventricular arrhythmia patients before and after treatment was 92% ; left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01 ）, and there were no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion Amiodarone in the treatment of chronic heart failure complicated with premature ventricular beats is an effective and safe way.
