| 摘 要： | 经皮给药系统已成为当今药物传输系统研究的热点，本文在总结经皮给药制剂的研究近况，综述经皮给药制剂的新方法、新技术、新剂型开发，评价国内中药经皮给药制剂研究现存问题的基础上，对经皮给药药代动力学的机制、数据处理模型及其方法学等方面进行了比较详细的介绍，以期为我国经皮给药制剂研究提供参考。

| Abstract: | Transdermal drug delivery system has become a hot topic in the drug delivery system research. In this paper, recent research on drug transdermal preparations are summarized. The new method, new technology and development of new formulations is reviewed. Based on the current problems of traditional Chinese medicine transdermal drug delivery preparation research,the mechanism of transdermal pharmacokinetic, data processing model and methodology were introduced in detail, thus a reference has been provided for transdermal drug delivery system research of our country. |
