脱细胞异体真皮在烧伤瘢痕的临床观察

目的 探讨烧伤病人及瘢痕增生后，手术植皮供皮区受限或瘢痕形成的问题。方法应用脱细胞异体真皮加自体表皮代替，次全厚皮片，修复烧伤后瘢痕创面，使受皮区具有厚皮片移植后的弹性。供皮区不留瘢痕。结果 对19例手术皮片均成活，外形均好，1年后随访8例，发现复合皮萎缩轻。结论 此种方法前景良好，同时是一种重要的治疗方法。
