微波技术在药物中间体合成中的应用

摘    要:目的运用微波技术进行药物中间体合成.方法对硝基还原反应、缩合反应、环合反应采用微波催化的方法进行.结果合成五个药物中间体,反应时间均大大缩短.结论该方法具有操作简单,反应时间短等优点,有一定实用意义.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To synthesize the intermediates for drugs by microwave irradiation. METHOD: Reduction reaction, condensation reaction and cyclization reaction were studied by microwave irradiation. RESULTS: Five intermediates were synthesized and time was shortened greatly. CONCLUION: The method was simple and facile, which appears to be practical.
