| Abstract: | Reviewing the 60-year history of Chinese Journal of Ophthalmology, we realise that it is now a tough period for journals and find the proper measure to deal with it. With the periodical achievements acknowledged, we focus more on the historical mission and responsibility of the future development as the publishers of Chinese Journal of Ophthalmology. |
