| 摘 要： | 目的:观察旋复代赭汤对酸性反流性食管炎(XFDZD)模型大鼠胃窦粘膜胃动素表达的影响。方法:用不全幽门结扎 食管下括约肌(LES)切开术制备酸性反流性食管炎大鼠模型后,给予旋复代赭汤水煎剂,分别于治疗2天、4天、8天后观察各组大鼠胃窦粘膜胃动素表达的变化。结果:用旋复代赭汤治疗8天后,胃窦粘膜胃动素的表达即明显增强,并与假手术对照组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:旋复代赭汤在治疗酸性反流性食管炎的过程中,能够明显增强胃窦粘膜胃动素的表达,从而可增加LES的压力,促进胃排空,防止酸反流,促进疾病的恢复。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of Xuan Fu Dai Zhe decoctionXFDZD on motilin expression in antrum of acid reflux esophagitis rats.Methods:We gave XFDZD to rats who had been ligated the pylori partly and dissected cardiac muscle,and observed the changes of motilin expression in antrum after treated 2,4 and 8 days in every group.Results:There were obvious improvement on motilin expression in antrum after treated 8 days by XFDZD,and there were no significant difference between the XFDZD group and fake operation groupP>0.05 .Conclusions:XFDZD could increase motilin expression,so it increased the pressure on LES,accelerated stomach emptying,prevented acid refluxing,and made a quick recovery. |
