| 摘 要： | 目的观察中药地黄、苏合香(地苏合剂)对四氯化碳(CCl4)致轻微肝性脑病(MHE)大鼠模型的治疗作用。方法采用灌胃给予CCl4致化学性肝损伤大鼠模型,通过开场实验和Morris水迷宫实验,观察地苏合剂低、中、高3个剂量组对模型鼠自发运动、空间记忆能力的影响,并检测肝脾及血液生化学指标;阳性药采用乳果糖。结果造模12周后发现MHE模型鼠的自发运动明显减少,Morris水迷宫空间记忆能力明显下降;服用地苏合剂12周后高剂量治疗组模型鼠的自发运动和空间学习记忆明显改善(P0.01,P0.05);同时血中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)和血氨(Amm)浓度明显低于未治疗组(P0.05,P0.01)。结论地苏合剂对轻微肝性脑病模型大鼠有明显的治疗作用。 |
