中医综合治疗无神经损伤胸腰椎骨折的临床研究

目的:观察两种综合治疗方法对无神经损伤的胸腰椎骨折患者相关指标的影响,比较两种常用非手术疗法的疗效。方法:将109例无神经损伤胸腰椎骨折患者分成治疗组及对照组,分别给予中医综合治疗及西医非手术综合治疗,分析治疗前后两组临床症状、影像学指标,及治疗效果等。结果:109例获随访时间6～48个月,中医综合治疗组能显著改善患者临床症状、促进伤椎恢复、减少并发症的发生率,疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:中医综合治疗能有效发挥中医药辨证治疗骨折的作用,具有提高临床疗效、减少并发症等优势,值得临床进一步推广应用。

A clinical study on treating Thoracolumbar fractures without neurological damage in TCM

Objective: Treating non-nerve injury patients with thoracolumbar fractures in two commonly used non-surgical treatment. Methods: 109 cases were divided into treatment group and the control group, given treatment of TCM and Western medicine Non-operative treatment respectively, clinical symptoms before and after, radiographic parameters and treatment effects were recorded. Results: 109 patients were followed up for 6-48 months, TCM therapy could significantly improve the clinical symptoms, vertebral promote recovery, reduce the incidence of complications, more effective than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Integrated TCM therapy can increased clinical efficacy and reduce complications and has other advantages, is worthy of further application.
