| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨缺血性中风早期偏瘫失语进行中药治疗的临床效果。方法:60例缺血性中风偏瘫失语患者随机平分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组按常规西药治疗,治疗组患者在此基础上加用自拟中药汤治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组与对照组比较有显著性差异(P0.05)。治疗后治疗组Fugl-Meyer评分比对照组显著提高(P0.05)。结论:缺血性中风早期偏瘫失语进行中药治疗能提高治疗效果,加快日常生活功能恢复,值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of Chinese medicine for treating early ischemic stroke and aphasia hemiplegia. Methods: 60 patients with ischemic stroke hemiplegia aphasia patients randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the control group treated by conventional western medicine,the treatment group were added the Chinese soup. Results: The total efficiency of the treatment group compared with the control group there was significant difference (P<0.05). After treatment,Fugl-Meyer score than the control group significantly increased (P<0.05). Conclusion: Early ischemic stroke hemiplegia aphasia of traditional Chinese medicine treatment should be widely applied. |
