阳陵泉透刺阴陵泉治疗脑卒中后下肢痉挛状态的临床观察

目的:观察阳陵泉透刺阴陵泉治疗脑卒中后下肢痉挛状态的临床疗效。方法:对60例患者进行在治疗下肢痉挛的主穴(环跳、阳陵泉、足三里、解溪、昆仑、太冲、太溪)基础上加阳陵泉透刺阴陵泉,上下午各1次,1月为一个疗程,每五天休息两天,连续两个疗程后观察疗效。结果:治疗60例,显效47例,好转10例,无效3例,总有效率95%。结论:阳陵泉透刺阴陵泉治疗脑卒中后下肢痉挛状态有明显的临床疗效,值得临床推广。

Clinical observation on treating lower limb spasticity after stroke by Yanglingquan through the thorns YinLingquan

Objective: Yang Ling Quan Yin Ling Quan penetration acupuncture treatment of post-stroke lower limb spasticity in clinical efficacy. Methods: 60 patients in the treatment of lower limb spasticity for the main point (loop jump, Yanglingquan, Zusanli, Xie River, Kunlun, Taichong, too River) based on the Yang Ling Quan Yin Ling Quan through the thorns, on the afternoon the 1st January for a course of two days of rest every five days, two consecutive therapeutic effect after treatment. Results: 60 cases, effective in 47 cases, 10 cases improved, and 3 cases, the total efficiency of 95%. Conclusion: Yang Ling Quan Yin Ling Quan penetration acupuncture treatment of post-stroke lower limb spasticity have significant clinical efficacy, worthy of promotion.
