| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中医辨证治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床效果。方法:选取100例小儿支气管哮喘患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用必要时吸氧、雾化吸入,或按需给予抗生素、补液、糖皮质激素等处理,观察组在此基础上给予中医辨证治疗,观察两组的临床疗效。结果:观察组的总有效率与对照组比较差异无显著性意义(P0.05)。但观察组的显效率明显优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:中医辨证治疗小儿支气管哮喘有其独特的优势,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation on treating children bronchial asthma in TCM |

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore TCM treatment of bronchial asthma in pediatric clinical effect. Methods: 100 cases of pediatric patients with bronchial asthma, were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, control group adopted the necessary oxygen, inhaled, or on-demand given antibiotics, fluid replacement,glucocorticoid treatment, the observation group based on the given TCM treatment, observation of the curative effect of two groups. Results: The observation group in the total efficiency compared with the control group, no significant difference (P>0.05). But the observed group significant efficiency significantly better than the control group (P< 0.05). Conclusion: TCM treatment of bronchial asthma in children has its distinct advantage, it is worthy of clinical application |
