中医治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床体会

摘    要:目的:主要是研究讨论中医在治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:选取我院从2010年3月到2011年3月来我院就医的冠心病伴有心绞痛症状的患者共142例。随机将患者分为两组,观察组进行中医治疗,共70例;对照组进行常规药物治疗共72例。观察患者的临床症状以及患者的心率、心肌耗氧量指数评价两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组和对照的的治疗有效率分别为92.9%和91.7%,两组治疗有效率无显著性差异(P0.05)。两组患者在治疗后的心率和心肌耗氧量均有明显下降(P0.01),观察组和对照组在心率比较上没有显著性差异,但观察组患者的心肌耗氧量相对于对照组有显著性降低(P0.01)。结论:说明中医治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效与西医治疗效果相似。中医治疗能使得患者的心肌耗氧量显著降低,有效减少心绞痛发生。

Clinical experience on treating coronary heart disease in TCM
Abstract:Objective: Mainly to study the clinical effects of angina pectoris treated with Chinese medicine. Methods: Selected 142 cases of angina pectoris patients treated in our hospital from March 2010 to March 2011,divided them into two groups randomly. In the observation group,the 70 cases were treated with Chinese medicine,while in the control group,the 72 cases were given conventional drug treatment. The clinical symptoms,patient’s heart rate,myocardial oxygen consumption index were evaluated for comparing the clinical effects of the two groups. Results: The effective rates of the observation group and control group were 92.9% and 91.7% respectively, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). After the treatment, both the two groups patients’ heart rate, myocardial oxygen consumption decreased obviously (P<0.01). The heart rates of observation group and control group had no significant difference, but the myocardial oxygen consumption of observation group decreased significantly comparing to that of control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: The paper showed that the clinical effects of Chinese medicine are similar with western medicine in the angina pectoris treatment. Chinese medicine can make patients significantly reduce myocardial oxygen consumption and reduce angina pectoris effectively.
