胃痞消对慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠胃黏膜上皮细胞肠上皮化生的影响

目的观察胃痞消对脾虚型慢性萎缩性胃炎模型大鼠肠上皮化生病理形态学的影响。方法采用N-甲基-N′-硝基-N-亚硝基胍(MNNG)饮用液自由饮用、饥饱失常、耗气泻下法复制脾虚型慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)大鼠模型,观察胃痞消(15,7.5,3.75 g/kg)连续灌胃给药4周后大鼠胃黏膜小肠型和大肠型上皮化生的病理学改变。结果病理学观察显示,12周后正常组大鼠无任何异常;模型组大鼠在胃黏膜萎缩基础上可见灶性不均匀的小肠型和大肠型上皮化生;胃痞消各剂量组小肠型和大肠型肠上皮化生面积有不同程度的缩小。结论胃痞消可逆转胃黏膜小肠型和大肠型肠上皮化生,具有一定抗CAG效应。

Efffect of Weipixiao acting on Gastric Epithelial Intestinal Metaplasia in Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Rats

Objective To observe the effect of Weipixiao on intestinal metaplasia in chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG) rats with spleen deficiency.Methods Spleen-deficiency CAG rat models were established by free intake of N-methyl-N’-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine(MNNG)solution,irregular diet,and qi-consumption and purgation method.After gastric gavage of Weipixiao 15g/kg,7.5g/kg,3.75g/kg for 12 continuous weeks,we observed the pathological changes of gastric mucosal intestinal and colonic metaplasia.Results The results of pathological examination showed no obvious changes in normal rats.But in rats of the model group we were found uneven focal distributed intestinal and colonial metaplasia in gastric mucosa,and Weipixiao in low-,middle-and high dose reduced the area of intestinal and colonial metaplasia to various degrees.Conclusion Weipixiao can reverse intestinal and colonial metaplasia in gastric mucosa,showing certain anti-CAG effect.
