依达拉奉联合水化预防造影剂急性肾损伤

摘    要:目的:探讨依达拉奉联合水化对造影剂急性肾损伤的预防作用。方法:纳入80例急性脑梗死患者,随机分为联合组和对照组,联合组采取依达拉奉加水化预防,对照组采取水化预防。在头颈CT血管造影前、造影后第24h及第48h采血查血清胱抑素C(Cys C)、血肌酐(SCr),统计造影剂肾病(CIN)人数,并观察不良反应。结果:2组各自造影后第24h、第48h血Cys C与造影前比较,造影后第48h血Cys C与第24h比较,差异均有统计学差异(均P<0.05),而SCr在造影前后无显著变化(P>0.05)。造影后第24h、第48h联合组肾损伤均显著小于对照组(均P<0.05)。2组均未出现CIN和严重副反应。结论:依达拉奉联合水化能够减轻造影剂所致急性肾损伤,可以考虑将依达拉奉联合水化试用于造影剂急性肾损伤的预防。血Cys C较SCr反映造影剂急性肾损伤更敏感。

Prevention from contrast-induced acute kidney injury through edaravone combined hydration

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the active preventive effects of edaravone combined hydration on contrast-induced acute kidney injury.Methods:Eighty patients with acute cerebral infarction were enrolled and divided into united group and control group randomly and equally.The united group was given the edaravone add hydration,the other group was only given hydration.To investigate cystatin C(Cys C),serum creatinine(SCr)in blood,take account of the patients of contrast-induced nephropathy(CIN)and observe the adverse reaction before,after the 24h and the 48h of angiography of the artery located in the head and neck.Results:The level of Cys C before agiography of each group were significantly lower that of the after 24h and 48h(P<0.05),so did the level of Cys C between the after 24h and 48h.While the level of the SCr in the group showed no significant change before and after angiography(P>0.05).The extent of the acute kidney injury in the united group were significantly lighter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The two groups had no CIN and serious adverse reaction.Conclusion:The effect of edaravone combined hydration can ameliorate contrast-induced acute kidney injury.Edaravone combined hydration may be considered to actively prevent from contrast-induced acute kidney injury.Blood Cys C is more sensitive than SCr in reflecting contrast-induced acute kidney injury.
