| 摘 要： | 糖尿病肾病是糖尿病的严重并发症之一,本文从现代医学角度较系统地复习了该病的病因病理,同时从传统医学角度分析了该病的病机病因,提出了中西医结合的治疗方法。特别是对糖尿病肾病的早期干预,早诊断、早治疗防止或延缓病程进展,对防治糖尿病、提高人民群众的健康水平,提高糖尿病肾病患者的生活质量有一定的指导意义。

| Abstract: | Diabetic nephropathy is a serious complication of diabetes. This article reviewed pathology and etiology of DN in modern medicine; While, pathogenesis and etiology of DN in TCM were analyzed; the treatment of integrative medicine was proposed. The integrative medicine is effective on early intervention and diagnosis of DN and improving living-quality of DN patients. |
