中西医结合在抢救休克病人时的疗效及预后观察

目的:探讨中西医结合在抢救休克病人时的临床疗效及与预后的关系。方法将本院2011年1月～2011年10月的52例住院休克病人随机分为两组即观察组、对照组,每组26例;两组在均给予容量支持的基础上,其中观察组在血压最初下降(90/60mmhg)时首先给予参麦注射液100ml加入200ml0.9%氯化钠注射液中快速静滴,如血压不能维持在90/60mmhg以上再加用多巴胺以5ug/kg/min的剂量微量泵泵入维持血压;对照组则开始即给予多巴胺5ug/kg/min的剂量微量泵泵入维持血压;通过对血压的监测及预后的观察,比较两组在疗效及预后方面的差异。结果:两组血压均有效上升90/60mmhg,观察组血压上升至90/60mmhg的时间晚于于对照组,但血压稳定在90/60mmhg以上的时间观察组早于对照组,且观察组预后优于对照组。结论:参麦注射液能有效纠正休克病人的血压并改善其预后,体现了中西医结合在急救方面的优势,值得临床推广。

Effects and prognosis of the integrative medicine in rescuing shock patients

Objective: To explore the clinical effects and prognoses of the integrative medicine in rescuing shock patients. Methods: 52 cases from Jan 2011 to Oct 2011 were divided into two groups randomly. Each group had 26 cases. Both groups were given Volume Support. Observation group was treated with 0.9% sodium chloride injection 200ml and shenmai injection 100ml dropped into vein quickly while BP descended initially, if BP couldn’t sustain above 90/60mmHg, pumpping dopamine with dosage of 5μg/kg/min. control group was given dopamine with the same dosage, comparing the prognosis and efficacy based on BP and prognosis. Results: BP was elevated above 90/60mmHg, while the time of BP rising in observation group was later than control group, but the time of BP stabilization above 90/60mmHg was earlier than control group, furthermore, observation group was better in prognosis than control group. Conclusion: Shenmai injection can correct effectually BP of shock patients and improve the prognosis, which reflect the advantage of the integrative medicine in emergency rescue, it can be recommended in clinic.
