| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胃镜检查时对病人实施疼痛治疗的方法、镇痛效果。最大程度地减轻创伤性疼痛对病人的伤害,减少病人的应激反应。结果:对胃镜检查的病人静脉注射芬太尼、丙泊酚进行镇痛治疗,能有效地减少病人的应激反应,达到满意的疼痛治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the implementation of endoscopy when the patient pain treatment method, analgesic effect. Of minimizing the pain of patients with traumatic injuries, reducing the patient’s stress response. Results: The patients with endoscopy intravenous fentanyl and propofol for analgesic therapy, can effectively reduce the stress response of patients to achieve satisfactory pain treatment. |
