左氧氟沙星联合紫丹参治疗医院获得性肺炎40例临床疗效

目的:观察左氧氟沙星注射液联合紫丹参治疗医院获得性肺炎的临床疗效。方法:将80例医院获得性肺炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,对照组采用左氧氟沙星注射液静滴,治疗组在左氧氟沙星基础上加紫丹参注射液静滴,疗程均为7～10天,观察两组疗效及不良反应。结果:治疗组有效率为96%,对照组为83%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗组咳嗽消失时间及肺内啰音消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组出现不良反应7例,皮疹1例;对照组不良反应8例,皮疹1例,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:左氧氟沙星注射液联合紫丹参注射液治疗医院获得性肺炎疗效显著。

Clinical efficacy on treating 40 cases of hospital-acquired pneumonia with levofloxacin combined with Zi dan shen

Objective: Survey the clinical effect on curing hospital acquired pneumonia by using levofloxacin injection and dansen. Methods: divided 80 cases of hospital acquired pneumonia equally into two groups, one is matched the other is treatment. Use levofloxacin injection in matched group,the other, treatment group use levofloxacin injection and dansen injection. The course of treatment is 7 to 10 days,and survey the effect and untoward effect Results: matched group’s effective rate is 96%,and the treatment is 83%,the difference between two has statistical significance (P<0.05); the cough and lung’s sound of treatment group are all disappear quickly than matched, the difference has stat istical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: The effect is remarkable using levofloxacin injection and dansen to cure hospital acquired pneumonia.
