院前急救护士工作压力源与心理健康水平的研究

目的 了解院前急救护士工作压力源与心理健康水平之间的关系.方法 采用问卷调查法,对北京急救中心院前急救护士的工作压力源、心理健康及其相互关系进行调查.结果 院前急救护士工作压力较大,压力源得分与心理健康水平呈显著正相关(P＜0.01).结论 压力源是影响院前急救护士心理健康水平的重要因素,建议管理层有意识地减轻护士工作压力源,以维护其心理健康.

Study on job stressors and mental health of pre-hospital first aid nurses

Objective To explore the relationship between job stressors and mental health of pre-hospital first aid nurses. Methods Job stressors, mental health and their relationship were investigated among the pre-hospital first aid nurses in Beijing Emergency Medical Center using a questionnaire method. Results The pre-hospital first aid nurses had high job stress. There was a significantly positive correlation between some factors of job stressors and mental health of pre-hospital nurses (r=0.40, P＜0.01). The difference had a significantly statistical meaning. Conclusions Stressors are the important factors that influencing the mental health level of pre-hospital first aid nurses. Effective management strategies should be implemented to reduce the job stress of pre-hospital nurses and protect their mental health.
