| 摘 要： | 本文应用ABC-ELISA法对101例经手术证实的包虫病人,40例非包虫病患者及61例正常人进行了血清抗细粒棘球蚴(E.g.)特异性抗体检测,并同时行常规ELISA法进行比较。101例包虫病人中ABC法和ELISA法与术后诊断的阳性符合率分别为94.06％和81.19％,对照组假阳性率分别为1.98％和0.99％。两法同为阳性的包虫病人中ABC法检出的抗体滴度为ELISA法的6.70倍。13例ELISA法阴性的包虫病人ABC法阳性,提示ABC法对于那些抗体水平较低的包虫病人可能更具有诊断价值。本实验结果表明:ABC法诊断人体包虫病较ELISA法敏感性高,且具有特异性好、简便、快速的优点。

A COMPARATIVE STUDY OF ABC AND ELISA ON DIAGNOSIS OF HUMAN HYDATIDOSIS |

| Abstract: | The comparative study of ABC-ELISA(Avidin-Biotin-Horseradish Peroxidase Complex-Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay)and standard ELISA was applied for the detection of anti-Echinocoecus granulosus(E.g.)antibody in sera of 101 patients operated on for hydatid disease,40 patients with miscellaneous non-hydatid diseases,and 61 normal subjects.In the former group,the ABC-ELISA and standard ELISA have their respective sensitivity of 94.06% and 81.19%,while in non-hydatidosis groups the detecting specificity was 98.02% and 99.01% respectively.The geometric mean antibody titer detected with ABC-ELISA was 6.70 times of that detected with standard ELISA.13 cases of hydatidosis with ELISA-negative result were positive by ABC-ELISA,indicated that the ABC-ELISA may be of more diagnostic value than the standard ELISA particularly in identification of the cases with lower immune response.Our result showed that the ABC-ELISA system can provide a sensitive,specific,simple and convenient method for the diagnosis of hydatidosis. |
