| 摘 要： | 分析了36例早期复极综合征的心电图变化。ST段抬高和J皮均以V_3～V_4导联最明显,运动可使抬高的ST段恢复等电位线,J波消失,此种心电图表现可持续1年以上。结合心肌酶、超声心动图等检查,可与急性心肌梗塞、变异型心绞痛等鉴别。

| Abstract: | To distinguish the Early Repolarization Syndrome (ERS) From acute myocardial infarction and variant angina and so on. This article analysed the characteristics on ECG of 36 cases of ERS and found that the main changes were elevated ST and the J wave. Active made the elevated ST down to the basic line alone with the J wave disappearing briefly, elevated ST and J wave can continued for one year or more. |
