| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨护理干预对急件冠状动脉综合征（acute coronary syndrome,ACS）患者生活质量的影响.方法 将143例ACS患者随机分为实验组72例和对照组71例,2组均接受常规的治疗和护理,对实验组患者额外进行护理干预.应用简明健康调查量表（SF-36）比较2组患者干预后的生活质量情况.结果 实验组患者干预后生活质量较干预前有显著改善,与对照组比较也有显著改善,而对照组干预前后生活质量比较无显著差异.结论 有效的护理干预能提高ACS患者的生活质量.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the influence of nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with acute coronary syndrome（ACS）.Methods We randomly divided 143 patients into the experimental group（72 cases）and the control group（71 cases）and all received regular treatment and care,but the for-met was given additional nursing intervention.The changes in quality of life in two groups based on the concise health survey（SF-36）before and after intervention were compared.Results Life quality signify-candy improved compared with before as well as the control group in the experimental group.But the con-trol group showed no differences compared with before.Conclusions Effective nursing interventions can improve the quality of life in patients with ACS. |
