| 摘 要： | 优势劣势-机遇风险分析,简称为SWOT分析。本文运用SWOT方法,分析在相关政策引导病人下沉社区后,全科团队服务模式所拥有的优势与劣势、面临的机遇和风险,并提出不同的选择策略,为全科团队服务制订发展计划和行动方案提供依据。
