循症护理在胃癌根治术患者快速康复的影响

目的探讨循症护理路径在胃癌根治术患者快速康复外科中的应用效果。方法将50例将实施快速康复外科的胃癌根治术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30,20例。观察组采用临床护理路径进行全程护理。对照组采用常规护理。观察并比较两组的临床护理效果。结果观察组健康教育达标率、患者满意度均高于对照组,两组比较均差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,患者卧床时间、住院天数均低于对照组两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.O5）。结论应用临床护理路径对胃癌根治术患者给予全程护理,可有效地提高护理质螯及患者的满意度。

Application of clinical nursing passway to patients with gastric cancer treated with radical gastrectomy

Aim To study the application effect of clinical nursing passway to patients with gastriccancer treated with radical gastrectomy in rapid rehabilitation surgery. Methods 50 patients treated with radical gastrectomy were randomly divided into observation group（ n = 30） and control group（ n = 20）. Clinical nursing passway was applied in observation group and routine nursing care was taken in control group. The effect of clinical nursing care was observed and compared. Results The bed rest time and the length of hospitalization were lower in observation group than those in control group. The difference was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The medical costs and the patient＇ s satisfaction was higher than those in control group. Conclusion Clinical nursing passway used to provide patients with rapid rehabilita- tion surgery can increase patients＇ satisfaction and quality of life.
