| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨脑电图(EEG)在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析185例HIE患儿临床资料、EEG、CT表现。结果:EEG异常率为75.14%,主要为背景活动的改变,在HIE早期表现明显;CT异常主要表现在HIE的中、重度临床分型上。结论:①EEG可作为判断HIE严重程度的价值指标;②EEG对HIE有早期诊断价值,尤其是亚临床型的HIE优于CT;③EEG的动态监测对HIE预后评估有较大判断价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the apply value of electroencephalogram in neonatal hypoxic-ischemicencephalophthy.Methods:Retrospective analysis of 185 cases of neonatal hypoxic-ischemicencephalophthy including clinical,EEG and CT findings.Results:The EEG abnormality rate in the cases of HIE was 75%.EEG findings of HIE were characterized by the irregularity of background activity,obviously in the early stage of HIE ;the CT abnormality rate in the cases HIE was 72% and EEG findings were obvious in the intermediate and advanced stages of HIE.Conclusion:EEG can be considered as valuable indicator to evaluate the severity of HIE;EEG has early diagnostic value in HIE,especially better diagnostic value than CT in the subclinical type of HIE;EEG's dynamic monitoring has greater diagnostic value to evaluate prognosis of HIE. |
