摘    要:目的探讨超敏-C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)在Graves病(GD)患者发病机制中的作用,寻找GD新的诊疗指标。方法未经治疗的GD患者30例(未经治疗组),确诊后经他巴唑治疗大于1年的GD患者28例(治疗组)及健康对照组33例,静脉采血4 mL。采用全自动生化分析仪测定血清hs-CRP水平;采用放免法检测血清IL-6含量。结果未经治疗组与治疗组及对照组hs-CRP比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。未经治疗组GD患者血清IL-6水平与治疗组和对照组比较明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),且IL-6与T3、T4呈正相关。结论 GD患者未经治疗组血清hs-CRP及IL-6水平升高,他巴唑治疗后明显下降,它们对于GD的诊断和疗效监测不失为一个好的指标。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of serum hs-CRP and serum IL-6 on the pathogenesis of Graves disease(GD)in order to search for new diagnostic parameters of GD.Methods 4mL venous blood was collected from 30 untreated patients with GD,28 GD patients treated with tapazole more than 1 year and 33 healthy persons.Serum hs-CRP level was detected by auto-biochemistry analyzer.The content of IL-6 was tested with radioimmunity kit.Results The concentration of serum hs-CRP in the untreated group was significantly higher than that in other two groups(P﹤0.05).The content of IL-6 in the untreated group were significantly higher than that in other two groups(P﹤0.05).IL-6 displayed a positive correlation with T3 and T4.Conclusion The activity of serum hs-CRP and IL-6 in GD patients increases remarkably,but significantly decreases after using tapazole,which may be as good parameters to diagnose GD and monitor the curative effect.
