明代医家聂尚恒实地调查记

聂尚恒,明代江西清江（今江西樟树）著名的医家,其在儿科痘疹和治痢方面,发前人所未发,成效卓著。为了解聂氏的生平,澄清疑问,发掘其宝贵的医学思想,实地探访江西省图书馆、江西樟树市政府史志办、樟树市卫生局、樟树市药都公园以及聂尚恒故里：江西樟树市永泰镇大观村,获取文字、实物方面的新史料,对于聂尚恒的生年、籍贯、著作中存有的疑问一一澄清,并详细记叙聂尚恒雕像及故里寻找族谱的实况。

Field investigation report of NIE Shang-heng:a physician in Ming dynasty

NIE Shang-heng,a famous doctor of Jiangxi Qingjiang（today＇s Jiangxi Zhangshu） in Ming dynasty,who raised new ideas that the predecessors never raised and did a good job in both aspects of exanthema variolosum of paediatrics and the treatment of dysentery.In order to find out all his life and clear up the doubt points as well as uncovering his precious medical ideas,we investigated the library of Jiangxi,Jiangxi Zhangshu＇s governmental office of historical records,Health Bureau and park of medicinal city and his native place on the spot：Daguan village of Yongtai town of Jiangxi Zhangshu,got new literal and objective historical materials and cleared up the doubts one by one in his year of birth,native place and works,recorded in details his statue and the actuality of finding the family tree in his native place.
