| 摘 要： | 目的：建立头风宁滴丸的质量标准。方法：采用薄层色谱法进行定性鉴别,用高效液相色谱法测定滴丸中天麻素的含量,以乙腈-0.2%磷酸为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速：检测波长220 nm,柱温30℃。结果：薄层色谱检出白芷药材,天麻素在0.233-2.33 g范围内具有良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为100.28%,RSD为2.26%（n=6）。结论：定性、定量方法简便、可靠、准确,可作为头风宁滴丸的质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | objectiveTo estabolish a method for quality control of Toufengling dropping pills.Methods：Using TLC to indentify he droping pills,Gastrodin in droping pills was determined by HPLC,Using C18 column,the mobile phase was made from acetonitrile-0.2%H3PO4,the detection wavelength was at 220nm and the column temperature was 30℃.Results：Imperatorin could be identified by TLC.The linear range of Gastrodin is 0.233-2.33 g,the average recovery is 100.28% and RSD 2.26%（n=6）.Conclusion：The method is simple,reliable,accurate and can be applied to the quality control of the Toufengling dropping pills. |
