糖尿病合并脊柱结核围手术期应用胰岛素泵治疗临床观察

目的比较2型糖尿病合并脊柱结核围手术期不同胰岛素给药方法的有效性及安全性。方法围手术期糖尿病合并脊柱结核患者30例，随机分为胰岛素泵组（CSⅡ组15例）和每日多次皮下胰岛素注射组（MSⅡ组15例），比较两组血糖控制及其时间、胰岛素用量、低血糖发生率、切口愈合等方面的差异。结果两组均能获得良好的血糖控制，CSⅡ组血糖控制优于MSⅡ组，术前血糖控制的时间、住院天数及低血糖发生率均低于MSⅡ组（P〈0．05）。结论胰岛素泵用于脊柱结核围手术期血糖控制比常规多次皮下注射方式更为安全、有效。

Application of insulin pump in perioperative patients with diabetes and spinal tuberculosis

Objective To compare the clinical effect and safety of different insulin administration ways in perioperative patients with type 2 diabetes and spinal tuberculosis. Methods Thirty perioperative patients with type 2 diabetes and spinal tuberculosis, enrolled in this study, were randomly divided into insulin pump group（n=15） and multi-subcutaneous insulin injection group （MSⅡ group, n=15）. Blood glucose level and its control time, insulin dose, incidence of hypoglycemia, and wound healing were compared between the two groups. Results The blood glucose level was effectively controlled in both groups, which was lower in insulin pump group than in MSⅡ group （P〈0.05）. The blood glucose control time, hospital stay time （day） and the incidence of hypoglycemia were lower in insulin pump group than in MSⅡ group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Insulin pump used in treatment of perioperative patients with type 2 diabetes and spinal tuberculosis is safer and more effective than MSⅡ.
