中医望诊对学龄前儿童体质状况判断的探讨

目前对儿童的体检都是用西医的观点和手段进行。但是我们在临床实践中发现这些检查结果对儿童体质状况的评估还不那么全面,对指导儿童的保健和抚养还不是那么到位。于是我们设想用中医理论为依据,以望诊为主,依其体征设立为均衡体质,脾肺气虚体质和蕴热体质三个证型。在实践操作中是简便易行,对儿童的保健和抚育有积极的意义。

Discussion on the Psysical of Preschool Children with Traditonal Chinese inspection diagnasisMedicine

Nowadays, the medical examinations of children are generally conducted under the western medicine theories and methods. However, according to our clinical practice, the inspection results are not comprehensive enough to have a better evaluation of children＇s physique conditions, which cant be that helpful to guide the heath care and rising of children accordingly. So we assume that we can divide the syndromes into three types in terms of physical signs which are based on TCM theories and visual inspections they are balanced physiques, Lienal lung deficiency and Aggregates thermal physiques. This new operation mode proves to be more convenient and has a high maneuverability, which will truly have a great significance in health care and rising of children.
