急性嵌顿性混合痔的病理形态特征

目的探讨急性嵌顿痔的病因病理。方法收集2007年1月-2008年5月手术切除标本中急性嵌顿痔48例,混合痔52例;采用HE染色对痔上黏膜和痔组织进行比较。结果嵌顿痔痔核和痔上黏膜的血管、结缔组织、肌组织和间质等都发生变化,有炎症细胞浸润;但炎症细胞浸润的数量、种类和深浅度与混合痔组无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论嵌顿痔是痔病理发展的严重阶段,病理变化与混合痔大致相仿,早期并无感染的存在。

Morphological characteristics of acute incarcerated and mixed hemorrhoid

Objective To investigate the pathology of acute incarcerated and mixed hemorrhoid （AIIH）. Methods Samples were collected from 48 patients with acute incarcerated hemorrhoid and from 52 patients with mixed hemorrhoid at hemorrhoidectomy from January 2007 to May 2008. Rectal mucosa and tissue were stained with hematoxylin and eosin （HE） and compared. Results Hanges were observed in blood vessels, connective tissue, muscular and interstitial tissue and rectal mucosa of incarcerated hemorrhoid with infiltration of chronic inflammatory cells. However, no statistical difference was found in the number, types and depth of inflammatory cell infiltration between acute incarcerated and mixed hemorrhoids（P0.05）. Conclusion Incarcerated hemorrhoid is the severe stage of hemorrhoid pathology with no infection at its early stage. Its pathologic changes are similar to those of mixed hemorrhoid.
