异位嗜铬细胞瘤的CT、MRI表现

目的探讨异位嗜铬细胞瘤的CT、MRI表现。方法回顾性分析2008年1月-2009年11月解放军总医院经病理证实的异位嗜铬细胞瘤20例共22个病灶的CT及MRI表现。结果 16例患者的17个病灶接受CT检查,16个病灶表现为动脉期异常强化,其中6例密度均匀,10例密度不均匀,2例内部有点状钙化;1个病灶无明显强化。10例患者的11个病灶接受MR检查：T1WI8个病灶为低信号,3个为高信号,T2WI全部病灶呈高信号;增强扫描3个病灶动脉期显著强化、延迟期廓清;3个病灶实质期及延迟期逐渐强化;2个病灶各期均明显强化;3个病灶无明显强化。结论异位嗜铬细胞瘤有较为典型的临床表现和影像学特征。

CT and MR findings in ectopic pheochromocytoma

Objective To study the CT and MRI findings in ectopic pheochromocytoma.Methods CT and MRI findings in 22 pathologically-confirmed ectopic pheochromcytomas of 20 patients admitted to Chinese PLA General Hospital in January 2008-November 2009 were reviewed retrospectively analyzed.Results CT was performed for 17 foci in 16 patients.Among the 16 foci with heterogeneous artery enhancement,homogenous density,inhomogeneous density,dotty calcification,and no obvious enhancement were observed in 6,10,2 and 1,respectively.MR was performed for 11 foci in 10 patients.Eight low signals and 3 high signals were detected on T1WI 8.However,only high signals were detected on T2WI.Enhanced scan revealed artery and washout enhancement in 3 foci,gradual enhancement in 3 foci,obvious enhancement in 2 foci,and no enhancement in 3 foci,respectively.Conclusion The clinical manifestations and imaging characteristics of ectopic pheochromocytoma are relatively typical.
