| 摘 要： | 目的 分析人工髋关节置换术的并发症。方法 随访 72例人工髋关节置换术病例 ,随访时间 1～ 10年 ,平均 3.4 6年。结果 2 2例出现 4 1项并发症。疼痛 19例 ,假体松动 5例 ,髋臼磨损 7例 ,人工股骨头脱位 2例 ,切口感染 2例 ,术中股骨骨折 1例 ,上段劈裂 2例 ,脂肪栓塞 1例 ,下肢深静脉血栓形成 2例。结论 认为发生并发症的原因与手术操作、金属假体质量、患者个体差异等因素有关 ,并对防止或减少这些并发症提出一些手术经验和预防措施

| Abstract: | Objective To analyse the complications of artificial hip replacement.Methods 72 cases after artificial hip replacement were followed up for 1 to 10 years,averaging 3 46 years.Results Amomg them,22 cases had 41 complications,pain in 19 cases,loosening of prosthesis in 5 cases,wearing of acetabulum in 7 cases,postoperative dislocation of artifical femoral head in 2 cases,infection in 2 cases and others.Conclusion The occurrences of complications are related to the skill of operation,quality of metallic prosthesis,and individual differences of patients.In order to decrease and finally prevent these complications,operative experiences and preventive measures are needed. |
