| 摘 要： | 目的分析神经根囊肿的各种影像学特点及其诊断价值。方法对16例经手术病理证实的神经根囊肿的MRI（12例）、CT平扫（4例）、脊髓造影（6例）、CTM（6例）等影像学特征进行分析。结果16例神经根囊肿部位：颈椎2例，颈胸段1例，胸椎2例，胸腰段1例，骶椎lO例。脊髓造影和CTM表现为一侧神经根鞘囊状扩张充盈；CT平扫表现为位于神经根移行区、边界清晰的囊性肿块；MRI表现为T。WI呈均质低信号，T2WI呈均质高信号，信号特点与脑脊液基本一致，大部分囊肿内可见细条状等信号神经根影，3例增强扫描未见强化。结论神经根囊肿的各种影像学表现各有特点，MRI表现最具特征性，对诊断及鉴别诊断具有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the characteristics of nerve root cysts on CT and MRI and assess the diagnosis value of imaging. Methods Sixteen cases of nerve root cysts confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively studied, MRI were performed on 12 of the 16 cases, CT scan 4 cases, spinal cord radiography 6 cases and CT enhancement scan 6 cases. Results Ten cases in this group were found in sacrum,2 cases in neck and thoracic spinal cord respectively and 1 case in thoracolumbar extradual cavities. The cysts were characterized by low signal on T1WI and high signal on T2WI,being in accord with CSF signal. The thin equal signal of the spinal nerve cord were found inside the some cysts. Condusion The nerve root cysts have certain characteristics on radio imaging and MRI is more helpful for its diagnosis than CT and spinal cord radiography. |
