我国艾滋病高危人群安全套使用影响因素分析

近年来,在我国,性工作者、吸毒人群、同性恋人群以及流动人口等艾滋病高危人群中,安全套使用率较低.其影响因索主要有高危人群的知识态度,受教育程度,性伴间关系的亲密程度,能否正确使用安全套以及农村地区安全套获取途径.要提高安全套使用率,以嫖客、有固定性伴者以及文化程度低的女性流动人口为重点干预对泉,加强安全套使用相关知识宣传,增强高危人群的安全套使用意识,在农村地区增加安全套获取途径等,以减少经性传播艾滋病的概率.

ANALYSIS OF THE INFLUENCING FACTORS OF CONDOM USE CONDITION AMONG HIGH RISK POPULATION OF AIDS IN CHINA

In recent years, condom utilization rate was low in high risk population such as sex workers, drug users, men who have sex with men, commercial floating people and others who have high risk sex behavior.The main influencing factors include the knowledge attitude, education degree, relationship between sexual partners, condom use in right way or not, and access channels of condom in rural areas.In order to increase the rate of condom use and decrease the probability of AIDS transmission by sexual behavior, it is important to carry out comprehensively intervention including condom utilization related knowledge propaganda, strengthening the consciousness of condom utilization in high risk people, increasing the condom acquisition paths in rural areas, especially in clients, people with regular sexual partners and female floating population who were unable to read or had the fixed sexual partner.
