接触过死猪的特殊人群的心理状态分析和心理干预

目的:研究接触过死猪的特殊人群在封闭式管理下的心理状态.方法:采用ZUNG氏焦虑自评量表和一般状况调查表,总人数56人,分成三组的方法分别对深圳市宝安区14例特殊人群,与特殊人群匹配的14例住同一医院的病人和28例市民进行了心理状况自评问卷调查.结果:14例特殊人群有明显的焦虑,通过有效的心理干预可缓解病人心理压力,改善其心理状态.结论:心理护理在突发公共卫生事件中有重要作用,护士要重视应激与健康关系理论的学习,更好地为病人实施心理护理.

The psychoanalysis and psychological interference of special persons who have touched dead pigs

Objective:Study the psychical state of special persons who have touched dead pigs under the closed management. Method:Adopt ZUNG Worry Self-assessment Tables and survey reports of usual state,use the method of random samples from 56 persons of three groups to give them a psychical state self-assessment questionnaire, 14 of them who matched with the special persons lived at Baoan,14 of them lived in a same hospital and 28 of them are normal citizens.Result: 14 special persons have clear worry.Take the effective psychical interference,we can reduce their psychological pressure and improve their psychological state.Conclusion: Psychiological nursing has a very important role in the sudden public health incidents.So nurses must pay high attention to the theory study of relationship between the reaction to the sudden incident and health.Only by this way can they give a better psychical nursing to patients.
