甲状腺乳头状腺瘤和乳头状腺癌的AgNOR定量研究

摘    要:应用AgNOR染色技术对甲状腺乳头状腺瘤和乳头状腺癌活检标本进行细胞核内Ag-NOR的定量研究。结果表明两组细胞核内AgNOR均数以及大颗粒和不规则型颗粒的比较,无显著性差异,提示乳头状腺瘤与乳头状腺癌的关系较密切。我们倾向于把甲状腺乳头状腺瘤视为甲状腺的交界性肿瘤或O级甲状腺癌以便尽早处理。

Abstract:The argyrophilic nucleolar organizer yegion associated protein (AgNOR) was investigated quantitatively in biopsy specimens of papillary adenomas and papillary Carcinomas of the thyroid. It was found that the mean, the size, and the shape of AgNOR were not significantly different betueen these two groups (p>0. 05), suggesting that papillary adenomas of the thyroid relate rather closely to papillary Carcinomas of the thyroid. It is our in clination to regard papillary adnoma of the thyroid as a bordtrline tumor or zero gradation of papillary carcinoma, so that it Can be treated as early as possible:
