免疫金银染色法对日本血吸虫31/32KD分子抗原的定位研究

摘    要:应用免疫金银染色法(IGSS)和免疫酶染色法(IES)对日本血吸虫3l/32KD分子抗原进行了比较定位研究。结果证实了日本血吸虫31/32KD抗原是一种肠相关抗原,并进一步验证了常规制备的单特异抗血清用于抗原分析和来源定位的可行性。

Abstract:ections of the female and the male Schistosoma japonicum were incubated withmonospecific antiserum for the 3l/32KD antigen. Immunogold-silver staining(IGSS)and Im-muno-enzyme staining(IES)showed that the antigens were present only on epithelial cells ofthe gut,but not on the tegumental surface or on the parenchyma of the adult worms. The re-sult indicated that the 31/32 KD antigen was a gutrelated antigen. In addition,the resultsdemonstrated that(1)the method of producing monospecific antiserum provided a simple wayto identify and characterize useful antigens and(2)the use of the male adult worm sectionwas better than that of the female section in IGSS,The opposite situation was observed inIES.
