摘    要:目的:优选闪式提取金银花中有效成分的工艺条件.方法:以绿原酸、木犀草苷的含量为指标,考察乙醇体积分数、乙醇用量及提取时间等影响因素,采用正交试验设计优选闪式提取工艺,并与文献报道方法相比较.结果:单独以绿原酸为指标时,最佳提取工艺为15倍量40%乙醇闪式提取1.5 min;单独以木犀草苷或综合考虑绿原酸和木犀草苷2个指标时,最佳提取工艺为15倍量60%乙醇闪式提取1 min.结论:优选工艺简单、经济、提取率高,为金银花药材及其制剂中有效成分的快速提取及质量控制提供新思路.

Abstract:Objective: To optimize flash extraction process conditions of active ingredients from Lonicera japonica. Method: With the content of chlorogenic acid and luteoloside as indexes,taking the concentration of ethanol,ethanol dosage and extraction time as factors,flash extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal test,and compared with reported method. Result: When chlorogenic acid alone as index, optimum extraction technology was:flash extracted 1.5 min with 15 times the amount of 40%ethanol; When luteoloside alone as index or comprehensive chlorogenic acid and luteoloside as indexes,optimum extraction technology was:flash extracted 1 min with 15 times the amount of ethanol. Conclusion: This optimized technology was simple and economic with high extraction ratio,it could provide new ideas for rapid extraction and quality control of active ingredients from L. japonica and its preparations.
