| 摘 要： | 目的:优选抵党胶囊的醇提工艺.方法:以大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚的综合提取率为评价指标,采用高效液相色谱法测定指标成分含量,单因素试验法考察提取温度、乙醇体积分数、乙醇用量、提取时间、提取次数；选取乙醇体积分数、乙醇用量、提取时间为考察因素,正交试验法优选抵党胶囊醇提工艺.结果:抵党胶囊的最佳提取工艺为全方药材粗粉加8倍量70％乙醇于90℃加热回流提取2次,每次40 min.结论:该提取工艺合理可行,可为抵党胶囊的工业化生产提供参考依据.
